If you're an existing subscriber please note that we begin to process your monthly box on the 1st. This means we need to receive any delivery changes by March 31st in order to ship your April Birchbox to the right place.
Our London office has closed and our team is working from home. This means our phone line has closed temporarily but you always reach our care team by dropping us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org or by getting in touch over social media.
