The precautions we're taking to keep our teams safe during this COVID-19 outbreak mean that delays will affect the delivery of the May box.
We’re continuing to process and build boxes but the safety measures mean we have to work in slower, smaller batches than normal so your box will take longer to reach you than usual.
What does this mean for you?
Our usual billing cycle for existing subscribers is in place and if you are an existing subscriber who was billed successfully on May 1st your box will dispatch no later than May 29th, if not before.
If you’re billed later in the month (i.e. payment is unsuccessful on the 1st and you have to update your payment method) or join us as a new subscriber in May your box will ship no later than June 5th.
Once your box is dispatched it should reach you within 2-5 working days. We'll send your dispatch email once it's left our warehouse, along with your tracking information which will also load onto your account.
We understand how important, now more than ever, your monthly Birchbox treat is - but, as we’re sure you’ll agree, it’s of paramount importance that we keep our warehouse team and delivery drivers safe. So, we really appreciate your patience as we work hard to get orders to you.
Due to the current environment there's a small chance of further changes to our delivery schedule but we'll always keep you in the loop!
