If you are a new subscriber and you signed up to a subscription with the promotional code BESTEVER, then you should have received a November box and a throwback box in the same delivery. Please do check your order confirmation to ensure you successfully applied the code BESTEVER at the time of ordering to receive the extra box.
If you only received one box and should have received two, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’d be happy to help you. Please make sure to confirm which box you have received. The month of the box is printed on the menu card inside the box. If this can’t be found, please describe what the box you have received looks like or send us a photo. This will allow us to speed up a resolution for you.
Please note: By signing up to Birchbox with this offer, you will be automatically entered into an auto-renewable subscription.
