If you are a new subscriber and you signed up to a subscription with the promotional code YAY, then you should have received a May box and a bestselling box from a previous month in the same shipment. Please do check your order confirmation to ensure you successfully applied the code at the time of ordering.
If you only received one box and should have received two, please email us at email@example.com and we’d be happy to help you. Please make sure to confirm which box you have received. The month of the box is printed on the menu card inside the box. If this can’t be found, please describe what the box you have received looks like or send us a photo. This will allow us to speed up a resolution for you.
Please note: By signing up to Birchbox with this offer, you will be automatically entered into an auto-renewable subscription. You will be charged £12.95 on the 1st of each month for that month’s box (your first auto-bill date will be 1st June). This subscription can be cancelled at any time via your Birchbox Account. If you are an existing subscriber and you have already paid for a May box, you are not eligible for the offer as per the terms and conditions. If you cancel your subscription and resubscribe using the promotional code, the code will be accepted at checkout, however, it will not be validated on your account. As we never send the same box twice on the same subscription, your payment will be held for June and you will not be charged on the 1st of June as you usually would as that month’s box has already been paid for.
