If you are not 100% satisfied with your order or Monthly Birchbox you can return products to Birchbox for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Please find our Returns Form attached, this is a fillable form that you can download and fill out electronically - please ensure to complete this fully and enclose with your return. Attach the free returns label to the outside of your parcel and send with Royal Mail. Please ensure you obtain proof of purchase by way of a receipt from Royal Mail.
Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to appear in your account. We will contact you to confirm that the return has been received and processed.
Items purchased with a Gift With Purchase or Gift with Subscription (any promotional item) can only be refunded with the promotional item included in your return.
We do not offer exchanges however you can of course return any full-size item to us to then place a new order for the desired item.
