Check that you are signed up to receive emails from us in your account - to check this, log into your Birchbox account and head over to Account Settings followed by Personal Details. From here you will be able to update your Contact Preferences with us.
By opting out of emails you won’t receive the email to pick your monthly sample, a special offer on your birthday, exclusive early access to our Limited Edition boxes, or any promotional offers on products in The Birchbox Shop or Gift Subscriptions. You can still choose your monthly sample from your account when logged in.
If you have opted in to receive our emails, make sure that email@example.com is added to your safe sender's list or address book. That way you can make sure that any future emails arrive in your inbox rather than spam.
