If you have entered an incorrect address for the shipping of your box and notice straight away, the quickest way to rectify this is - as soon as you realise - is to log into your Account and head for Account Settings. Here you can update under Address Details and edit the address. Ensure the address is ticked for "Delivery Address for Monthly Birchbox"
If it has been several days you can contact customer service here - please ensure you provide your email address, full and correct shipping address, your tracking number (if this has been provided) and your full name to help speed up a resolution for you.
Please note if your order has already been processed and you require an address update we are not always able to intercept the parcel to redirect this. If you can see that your box is already in transit, we do ask that you access the address on your order to retrieve the parcel where possible. If this is not possible please know that we may need to send a new box to you which can take 5-7 working days.
