I have a problem with an order I have received!

1) The email address associated with your Birchbox Account

2) The Order Number

2) The item that was damaged, missing or incorrect

3) If damaged please send an image if possible - this always help us provided feedback to our warehouse and courier and often speeds up resolution times for you.
