I am not receiving emails from Birchbox, what should I do?

We love to keep you up to date with our promotions and also your subscription. If you are not currently receiving these emails please be sure to double check your spam folders and inbox filters in case they are getting lost! 

Please also check that you are signed up to receive emails from us in your account. To check this, log into your Birchbox account and head over to Account Settings followed by Personal Details. From here you will be able to update your Contact Preferences with us.

If you have opted in to receive our emails, make sure that is added to your safe senders list or address book. That way you can make sure that any future emails arrive in your inbox rather than spam.
