My Subscription order is not updating on my account

Please do not be concerned. Your Order section will only show the initial orders that you have placed with us.

Therefore if you have purchased a subscription with us - this will only show the initial order you placed for the subscription - this will not update each month as each Birchbox is shipped to you. This order represents your subscription as a whole and will represent your subscription for the duration of your time with us.
