Not to worry! Often, this message is a result of an error in entering your payment information such as the billing address, expiration date of your card, or your card's security code. If an order is attempted with billing information that does not match your bank's statement, the charge may be declined.
If you would like to resubmit your order, please ensure your information is exactly as it is on your bank or credit card statement. Rest assured, you will still be able to enter a different shipping address than your billing address.
