What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your full-size product purchase, email us:

1) Your email address for your Birchbox Account

2) Your Order Number

3) The item you wish to return to:

support@birchbox.co.uk 

You can return products to Birchbox for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. We will provide you with a free shipping label upon request.

Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original form of payment, which will include your card and/or any Birchbox Points used. The refund processed will be for any goods returned only. Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to appear in your account. We will contact you to confirm that the return has been received and processed.

Items purchased with a Gift With Purchase or Gift with Subscription (any promotional item) can only be refunded with the promotional item included in your return. 

Items purchased at the Birchbox Pop Up store cannot be returned online, faulty or damaged items must be returned to the pop up store. Items purchased online cannot be returned to store.
