Help! My promotional code isn't working.

Promotional codes are account specific, so please be sure you are logged into your Birchbox.co.uk account.

If your code does not successfully apply, please be sure your order meets any price and/or item qualifications for that specific code. If you have applied a specific promotional code to a previous order, you will not be able to apply it again.

If your order qualifies, you will be able to add your code into the "Promo Codes" field in your cart, before you proceed to checkout. Please note that only one promotion can be used per order.
