Can I cancel my 3, 6 or 12 month Subscription?

You are able to cancel your 3, 6 or 12 month Subscription within your first month by contacting us at support@birchbox.co.uk and arranging a return on your first box.

Beyond your first month, we are not able to cancel the Subscriptions. However, we are able to opt you out of a future automatic renewal on all of these subscriptions.

If you wish to opt out in the final month of your subscription you will need to log into your Birchbox Account via a desktop. A red "Opt Out" link will be visible in your Account and Track box (located under your Name ) - select this and this will opt you out of the renewal.

If you are not able to see the link - please check back to see if you still have boxes left to be shipped. If you still have any boxes to ship - the link will not be visible just yet.

If this link is not used in your final month the link will disappear and you will be renewed on the 1st of the following month for another same term duration - eg. you have a 3 month rebillable subscription - you will be billed again for a further 3 month subscription.
