Why didn't I get my sample/box choice?

Are you sure you used the email address you signed up with? Please note that, to ensure your reservation was taken successfully, you will always receive an email confirmation upon making your selection. The email address used must be the one associated with your Birchbox account otherwise your pick cannot be validated and will not apply to your box.

We are unable to guarantee your reservation if we cannot bill you successfully on the billing date for your Birchbox. 

First Gift Box? Pick your sample/box is not available on 1st boxes of a Gift Subscription.

If you have received a gift and have not redeemed/activated this into your own account - we will not be able to honour any pick made.
