How do I update my shipping address?

To update your address, first log into your account at You will see a link on your Account and Track my Birchbox page with the heading "Manage Addresses." Click on this link, enter your new information, and make sure to save the changes as your "Subscription Shipping Address."

Please also note that boxes begin to process on the 1st when we bill, so any address changes must be entered by the 29th of the month prior to apply to the following month's shipment.
