What If My Recipient Is Already A Birchbox Subscriber?

If your recipient already has an active subscription, they will be able to connect your gift to their existing account. They must activate their Gift onto their account to ensure the best Birchbox experience.

This will pause their current monthly subscription and they will not be billed for their monthly boxes for the duration of the gift. They will still receive a Welcome Box, whether or not they already have a subscription with us. Their subscription will continue once the Gift Subscription duration is over.
