I didn't receive my order.

All orders will ship from our warehouse the day after purchase. Orders placed between Monday to Thursday will ship the next day, and those placed from Friday to Sunday will ship the following Monday. All orders from The Birchbox Shop are sent via Courier and should be expected within 3 - 5 working days from dispatch. We currently do not send dispatch emails on orders placed in The Birchbox Shop.

2) Order Number

3) Shipping address - this will help speed up a resolution for you!

    In August my niece bought me a three-month Birchbox subscription. I received the first one in August, had to chase up the second one which I think I received in October/November & I'm still waiting for the third one. Y'know, your products are good, prices are great but your admin is woeful. You email me about ten times a week, I delete them all without reading them because I'm so cross that you didn't stick to a paid-for agreement. My niece is a customer of yours & would be heartbroken to know you've treated me this way. Sort it!!!!
