Help! I do not see any updates in the tracking link for this month's Birchbox.

Don't worry! From time to time there are technical issues on certain boxes and tracking information doesn't update in real time as your package travels to you. Sometimes it can take up to 5 working days between tracking scans.

We use two shipping methods to deliver your Birchbox every month.  Your Birchbox will either be delivered by Hermes or Royal Mail. If it has been 5 working days or more since your last tracking update, please contact us and we will help! You can reach us at support@birchbox.co.uk
