I have a missing or damaged sample! What should I do?

We are so sorry that you have a missing/damaged sample in your Birchbox.  Please reach out to us with the below info:

1) Birchbox Account Email Address

2) The item that was missing/damaged

3) A photo if possible - this is always very helpful to speed up a resolution.
