Can I change my monthly billing or shipping date?

We are not able to change the monthly billing or shipping schedule for subscriptions.

After your first box (which should be received in 8 working days from placing your order) you will fall on our regular billing and shipping cycle.
You will be billed for your first Birchbox immediately. You will then always be billed on the 1st of every month following sign up regardless of your Sign up date.


All women's subscriptions bill on the 1st of the month and we aim to ship the monthly box in the first week of each month.
