Can I request to receive or exclude certain items from my box?

At this time we are not able to facilitate requests from individuals to receive or exclude specific products or product types. Birchbox is all about discovery, surprise and delight and each month we will ship a personalised Birchbox to you. The items you receive will be shipped based on your Beauty Profile and every month we try to showcase products across all Beauty categories. Sadly, we are also not able to exchange samples based on request. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to take into account allergies of individuals. As these are so varied - we are unable to meet everyones individual need month in month out and so unfortunately we will not be able to take these into consideration when compiling your monthly box.

We always encourage you to check the ingredients list detailed on the items or the product page on our website thoroughly. Please always ensure to patch test any items if unsure before use.
