From August 2022 onwards, Pick Your Sample will take place after billing.
We will continue to bill you on the 1st of the month. Once successfully billed, we will send you a confirmation email and notification that Pick your Sample is now open.
You can then head to your Account and make your pick for the month. Please note Pick your Sample is only open for 72 hours from when you are billed - so make sure to get your pick in!
Don't panic if you miss the window - we will choose one of the beauty treats available that month for you so you don't miss out - you will still get a complete box!
Once you have made your choice and your pick has been confirmed - you will receive an email confirming your choice.
