**Update Friday 24th September**
Tracking is not updating successfully on some September boxes shipped between 13-15 September. This is due to an error on the Hermes system. This is widespread across the Hermes national network and impacting other businesses.
They have assured us that your boxes are safely in their network and will be delivered shortly, it not already received.
We are asking that you allow until Tuesday 28th September for your September box to arrive.
We are so sorry for any trouble caused and hope you love your box once it reaches you!
If you are a UK based customer your box should arrive within 5 working days (Monday to Friday is classed as working days) of receiving your tracking email from Birchbox. If your box does not arrive in this time frame (and you’ve checked your tracking status for any updates), please get in touch ensuring you include the below details to speed up a resolution:
- The email address on your account
- Your full name
- Your subscription address
