Our courier partners are reporting issues delivering parcels to Ireland. This is due to the new Brexit regulations causing a backlog. We're so sorry for any trouble caused.
This is affecting orders placed from December 30th 2020 onwards - including subscription boxes, shop, and any replacement orders organised through our Care Team.
We want to reassure you that any confirmed order has left the Birchbox warehouse and you will still receive your parcel - it is our top priority to get it to you as quickly as we can.
**As of February 1st, 2021, this is the most recent advice from our courier partners:
- Any order shipped on/before January 24th will experience delays in excess of 30 working days from dispatch to delivery.
- They have reported some improvements in the system and later orders, dispatched from January 25th onwards, should be subject to lesser delays. We currently expect these to be 10 working days minimum, and are subject to change based on any new advice.
- This means that if you have been billed for a February Birchbox, it will take 10 working days minimum from dispatch to reach you based on this current advice. Dispatch will take place between February 4th-8th. In some cases, it could arrive before your January Birchbox.
**Please note that if the backlog continues or worsens, we expect your order will still be subject to these delays, at a minimum.**
As soon as parcels begin moving in the system your tracking will update (which can be located in your dispatch email for box and in your account for shop). Please note that there is no tracking for replacement orders.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. We recognise that this is not the service you expect. We are working tirelessly with our courier partners to ensure orders get moving and to understand how these regulations will impact our service moving forward.
We are doing everything possible to restore a reliable service for you and making any improvements we can, but we anticipate that will be occasional setbacks or adjustments as we do this.
