Gift subscriptions are redeemable only by the code found on the back of the gift card.
This code is unique: it can only be issued and redeemed once. Once packaged and shipped, the code on your card is not synced to the original order, so we cannot check the code or re-issue it for you once the order is placed.
This means that if you lose your gift card we are not able to retrospectively confirm its code or offer a replacement code.
We cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen gift cards.
