If you order your Advent Calendar on the same day that you subscribe to Birchbox, your account may not have updated yet, and so the subscriber discount might not show for your order.
If this is the case (you're subscribed and place the order from your account) our team will be able to help!
Please select the Issue Type on our contact form as Shop Orders > Discounts/Promotions. This will route your request to the correct team, and get your refund actioned as quickly as possible.
Make sure to include the email address linked to your Birchbox account and your order number in your request.
Additionally, if you're an existing subscriber with us, but we haven't received payment yet for your monthly box the discount cannot apply until the subscription is reactivated when payment is received.
