We are busy building your September boxes - due to some delivery issues related to Brexit dispatch will start a little later this month. We really appreciate your patience as we work to get your box to you as quickly as possible.
Our first dispatch for the month of September will start around Monday 13th September and continue through until Wednesday 15th September 2021.
**Please note due to the changing situations of Covid and Brexit this timeline may differ**
This means, if you are a current subscriber, and you were automatically billed on the 1st September - your box is in process and will be shipped in the above timeframe.
Once your box has shipped, you will receive a dispatch email for your reference and tracking information (if applicable for your location) will be loaded into your Birchbox Account so you can keep an eye on your box as it makes its way to you.
We would then expect your September Birchbox to arrive with you in 3-5 working days from when you receive your dispatch email. Please note tracking can take up to 48 hours to update once your box has been received by the courier.
If you subscribed after the 1st September or had to update your billing details you can expect your September Birchbox to be dispatched in 10 working days and arrive in 3-5 working days. Again you will receive a dispatch email once your box has been shipped.
**A note on boxes shipping to Ireland**
Our carrier partners are reporting delays due to backlogs caused by the new Brexit regulations. We are working closely with courier partners and exploring all possible options to find the best solution to get your box to you, and return to a reliable service.
