January dispatch will start on Friday 7th January and continue through until Tuesday 11th January.
If you are a current subscriber, and you were automatically billed on the 1st January - your box will process and ship in the above timeframe.
Once your box has shipped, you will receive a dispatch email for your reference and tracking information (if applicable for your location) will be loaded into your Birchbox Account so you can keep an eye on your box as it makes its way to you.
We would then expect your January Birchbox to arrive with you in 3-5 working days from when you receive your dispatch email. Recent bad weather conditions in the UK and Ireland may impact this timeline, depending on your location, as courier work to resume normal service.
Please note tracking can take up to 48 hours to update once your box has been received by the courier.
If you subscribed after the 1st January or had to update your billing details you can expect your January Birchbox to be dispatched in 10 working days and arrive in 3-5 working days. Again you will receive a dispatch email once your box has been shipped.
**A note on boxes shipping to Ireland**
Our carrier partners are reporting delays due to backlogs caused by the new Brexit regulations, in addition to some reports of bad weather affecting their timelines.
