We are busy building your April boxes - we will begin shipping this week.
Our first dispatch for the month of April will start on Wednesday 7th April and continue through until Friday 9th April 2021.
**Please note we are seeing delays due to weather conditions, Covid-19 restrictions and Brexit - so timelines below may differ**
This means, if you are a current subscriber, and you were automatically billed on the 1st April - your box is in process and will be shipped in the above timeframe.
Once your box has shipped, you will receive a dispatch email for your reference and tracking information (if applicable for your location) will be loaded into your Birchbox Account so you can keep an eye on your box as it makes its way to you.
We would then expect your April Birchbox to arrive with you in 3-5 working days from when you receive your dispatch email. Please note tracking can take up to 48 hours to update once your box has been received by the courier.
If you subscribed after the 1st April or had to update your billing details you can expect your April Birchbox to be dispatched in 10 working days and arrive in 3-5 working days. Again you will receive a dispatch email once your box has been shipped.
**A note on boxes shipping to Ireland**
Our carrier partners are reporting delays due to backlogs caused by the new Brexit regulations. We are working closely with courier partners and exploring all possible options to find the best solution to get your box to you, and return to a reliable service.
