November boxes will begin shipping from 4th November 2020.
Our first dispatch for the month of November will start on the 4th November and will continue through until the 9th November 2020.
This means, if you are a current subscriber, and you were automatically billed on the 1st November - your box is in process and will be shipped in the above timeframe.
Once your box has shipped, you will receive a dispatch email for your reference and tracking information (if applicable for your location) will be loaded into your Birchbox Account so you can keep an eye on your box as it makes its way to you.
We would then expect your November Birchbox to arrive with you in 3-5 working days from when you receive your dispatch email. Please note tracking can take up to 48 hours to update once your box has been received by the courier.
If you subscribed after the 1st November or had to update your billing details you can expect your November Birchbox to be dispatched in 10 working days and arrive in 3-5 working days. Again you will receive a dispatch email once your box has been shipped.
