Once downloaded please make sure the correct country is selected. If you have US or España selected it won't work correctly for you as a UK or Ireland based customer.
If you still cannot access you account, please try logging in on our website.
If you cannot do this, you won't be able to access the app either. You will need to reset your password to regain access which you can do here: https://www.birchbox.co.uk/forgot-password
