To update the password on your Birchbox account head over to your Account Settings. This can be found in the dropdown menu underneath your name on the top left-hand side of the page when logged in. In your Personal Details you can reset your password.
Click here if you've forgotten your password—you'll receive an email at the address associated with your account.
Not receiving the email? It's possible there's a typo in your email address in our system, or a different email is associated with your account. Please reach out to us with your full shipping address and first and last name so we can fix it for you. You can send us a message here and on receiving your request our support team will be happy to look into this.
We strongly suggest you use a complex password with at least 8 characters and a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. It is very important that similar passwords are not used across multiple online accounts.
