**Update Friday 24th September**
Tracking is not updating successfully on some Birchbox orders shipped between 13-15 September. This is due to an error on the Hermes system. This is widespread across the Hermes national network and impacting other businesses.
They have assured us that your orders are safely in their network and will be delivered shortly, it not already received.
We are asking that you allow until Tuesday 28th September for your order to arrive.
We are so sorry for any trouble caused and hope you love your goodies once they reach you!
**Please note we are seeing delays due to Covid-19 and Brexit - so timelines below may differ**
Orders placed in The Birchbox Shop for full-size products will be shipped the following working day to be received in 3-5 working days from there with Hermes. Working days are Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed Friday to Sunday will ship the following Monday.
You will not receive a dispatch email for your order but you will receive an email once your parcel is with your local courier and out for delivery so you can track it.
If your order was placed before 3pm and you selected DPD Next Day Delivery, your order will ship the same day to be received on the next working day. If your order was placed after 3pm, it will be shipped the next working day, to be received the following working day. DPD delivery is available for UK Mainland Only.
If it has been 5 working days or more since ordering and you have not received your parcel please let us know!

**A note on orders shipping to Ireland**
Our carrier partners are reporting delays due to backlogs caused by the new Brexit regulations.
