We always bill all Monthly subscribers on the 1st of the month for that month's Birchbox, as referenced in your confirmation email received at the time of order.
If you cancelled on the 1st or after, unfortunately this will have been too late and payment will have already been taken for the current month's box. Therefore a monthly Birchbox will have been processed for you and will be shipping. As soon as billing is placed, the box automatically goes into process for you and we are not able to stop the box from being shipped after payment. If you have cancelled your subscription this will be the final box you will receive.
If after receiving your box you wish to have a refund for the monthly Birchbox you can return it to us free of charge from the UK, via Royal Mail.

Due to Covid-19 we've closed our central London office and all our staff are now working from home. This does mean that your return form may not reach us for some time. To allow us to continue to process your refund you should follow the steps in the above link and be sure to take a photo of your proof of postage (by way of a receipt from Royal Mail) and send this to us via email confirming the item(s) returned!
This will enable us to process your refund more swiftly and once the refund has been placed we will let you know. To receive a full refund all items including and any additional promotional items need to be returned.
