Please note at this time cancellations cannot be processed via the Birchbox App - you will need to log into your Account via a desktop.
1. Log into your Birchbox Account via computer
2. Visit your Account Settings
3. Under Box Details select Cancel My Subscription. You will be prompted to fill out a very short survey and confirm your cancellation
5. Once your cancellation is complete, all future billing will be cancelled and a confirmation email will be automatically received for your records. If you've already been billed for the current month (billing takes place on the 1st of the month), your cancellation will be effective starting next month and you will still receive your final box that has been paid for.
Please note you cannot cancel and repurchase a subscription in the same month to receive the same box twice. If resubscribing, billing will be placed in the same month - and will reserve the next months box for you - you therefore will not be billed on the 1st of the following month.
3, 6 or 12 Month Subscriptions
3, 6 and 12 Month Subscriptions can be cancelled within the first month of purchasing by contacting us here to arrange a return on your first box.
Beyond your first month, we are not able to cancel the subscription.
All subscriptions are rebillable and so if you do not wish to renew your subscription you can opt out of a future automatic renewal in your account.
In the final month of your subscription a red Opt Out link will be visible in your Account Settings under Box Details. By selecting this you will be opted out of the next billing and your subscription will not be renewed.
If you are not able to see the link, please check back to see if you still have boxes left to be shipped. If you still have any boxes to ship, the link will not be visible just yet.
If this link is not used in your final month, the link will disappear and your subscription will automatically renew on the 1st of the following month for another same term duration (eg. if you have a 6 month rebillable subscription, you will be billed again for a further 6 month subscription).
