Once you have been a subscriber for 6 consecutive months or more, you will receive 15% off everything at The Birchbox Shop - whoop! This excludes the purchase of Subscriptions or Gift Cards.

On or after the 20th of each month, we’ll send you an email giving you the chance to choose one product that will be in your next box or the design or colour of the box itself. You must opt-in to receive offer and product emails from Birchbox to receive this email under your Account Settings in your Birchbox account. You can also make your choice here when the option to choose is open.

We love to hear what you think of your samples and the box overall each month. As a thank you for taking the time to review your box and products, we’ll reward you with a voucher via email with a free shipping code you can apply to your next full-size order. When reviewing your box, please make sure to review your box as a whole as well as each product individually. The code can only be applied when purchasing full-size items from The Birchbox Shop and it cannot be applied to your monthly subscription charge or the purchase of a gift subscription.

- Early access to our Limited Edition boxes
You will receive an email with early access when our Limited Edition boxes go on sale. To be sure you’re opted in to receive these please log into your Birchbox account and head to Account Settings> Contact Preferences

If you’re loving Birchbox and think you know someone that might as well, for every friend you refer to Birchbox, you will receive a £10 voucher to spend at The Birchbox Shop (min. £30 order).
