We’re busy at Birchbox HQ starting to process June boxes!
We’ve had to change how we work in the last few months so that we can still get your box to you while keeping all of our teams safe.
These changes mean we can’t build and ship boxes at the same speed as before, so your box can take longer to reach you than previous months. We are building in smaller batches and shipping in smaller batches throughout the month - to ensure we can remain a Covid Secure workplace. We really appreciate your patience during this time!
All June boxes will ship by Friday 3rd June.
As soon as your box has been shipped you will receive a dispatch email with tracking information. Additionally tracking will be loaded into your Account for you to keep an eye on your box as it makes its way to you. Once your box has been shipped it should reach you within 2- 5 working days.
This means if you're still waiting for your June box to ship it will arrive between July 6th-10th.
Thousands of boxes leave our warehouse every day so there’s a very good chance your box will reach your earlier than this timeline.
If you have any concerns about your June box, where possible we ask that you please check your billing date and match it to the above timelines provided. If you do need support - please ensure to provide us with:
- Birchbox Account Email Address
- Full Name
- Shipping Address
- Tracking Number if Known
