These measures changed how our business operates, and while it takes us longer to process, build and ship your orders than before, we are committed to offering as reliable a service as possible to get your orders to you.
Our current lead times are:
Monthly Boxes from January 2021
- The January box will be dispatched between 5th-8th January - please allow 3-5 working days for delivery
- If you plan on purchasing a subscription later on in the month of January or you have to update your billing at any time, your box will arrive within 10 working days
Shop
- will ship within 2 working days from placing your order - please 3-5 working days for delivery
Box or Shop Replacements
- will ship within 2 working days from placing your order - please 3-5 working days for delivery
