To update your shipping address head over to your Account Settings followed by Address Details, from here you can add or amend the addresses in your account.
Please note that all monthly boxes begin to process on the 1st of the month when we bill. Therefore any changes to your monthly Birchbox shipping address must be entered before the 1st of each month to apply to the following month's shipment.
Eg. If looking to change your shipping address for the August Birchbox - you must update your monthly Birchbox shipping address by the 31st July, so when we bill on the 1st August we have the updated correct address.
Any amendments made on or after the 1st will not apply to that month's box, but will apply for all future boxes.
Please note if you are changing your address for your monthly Birchboxes please ensure "Use as default delivery address for monthly Birchbox" is selected. For full-size orders from the Birchbox Shop ensure "Use as default delivery address for orders from the Birchbox Shop" is selected.
