We do ask that you flag a missing box with us within the current month when possible and we'll always do our best to replace your Birchbox that is missing for the same one you should have originally received. Where this may not be possible, we will do our best to find the next best Birchbox for you and get this shipped to you.
If we do not have the stock available, we will refund you for the missing box. You can receive a refund for any missing boxes within a 3 month period, missing boxes flagged outside of this period will not be subject to a refund.
