These changes mean we can’t build and ship at the same speed as before, so your order can take longer to reach you than previously. We really appreciate your patience during this time!
If you were billed on May 1st your box shipped by May 29th at the latest.
If you were billed later in the month or joined us a new subscriber your box shipped between May 30th - June 5th.
If you have any concerns about your box, where possible we ask that you please check your billing date and match it to the above timelines provided. If you do need support - please ensure to provide us with:
- Birchbox Account Email Address
- Full Name
- Shipping Address
- Tracking Number if Known
